| Reservation |
You may make a reservation inquiry of rooms, venues or dining either by phone, Internet or fax to us. |
| Confirmation |
- When your reservation inquiry is received, we will reserve the room(s) for reservation period. Please transfer the deposit and finish the confirmation procedure within reservation period.
- Deposit required is a half of total room charge and full amount of the first meal; or a half of place rental and full amount of the first meal.
- When we receive your deposit notice or wire transfer receipt, we will notify you in written form. Thus the reservation procedure is accomplished.

| Cancellations and Changes |
- 100% of the deposit will be forfeited without informing us of the cancellation of your reservations on the check-in date and the previous day.
- 60% of deposit will be deducted if cancellation is made 4-7 days before check-in date(check-in date included).
- 30% of deposit will be deducted if cancellation is made 8-14 days before check-in date(check-in date included).
- 20% of deposit will be deducted if cancellation is made 15-21 days before check-in date(check-in date included).
- Handling fee of NTD 100 is charged if cancellation is made 22 days before check-in date(check-in date included). And the deposit will not be deducted.
- Deferral is not accepted 7 days before check-in date. If deferral is made, cancellation is not accepted.
※Please contact us if the natural disasters occur, such as typhoons, earthquakes, etc. according to the declaration of the local government of the hostel or the youth activity center on check-in date. We will refund your deposit or defer your reservations if Central Weather Bureau announces the land typhoon alert.

| Payment and Check-out |
- All event payments are due by 9pm on the date when all events finish.
- We accept cash, wire transfer or credit card. Check is not accepted.
- Check-in time: 3pm; check-out time: 10am. We reserve the rooms until 6pm on check-in date. If customers can’t make it by 6pm, please inform us of predicted arrival time to save your own rights.
- Kenting Youth Activity Center is located in Kenting National Park and is composed of wooden architectures. To ensure accommodation safety, fireworks, barbecuing, sky-lanterns are prohibited in the center and pets are not allowed into guestrooms.

In consecutive holidays, winter vacation, summer vacation and Chinese New Year, room prices are the same price shown both for Non-Holiday/Non-Weekend and for Holiday/Weekend. On every Sat. and consecutive holidays of summer vacation, customers enjoy special package of one stay plus two meals. Please contact us for this package.
