notes & deputized matters
【Notes】
1. Venue rental is calculated per time block (4 hours), and venues can can only used until 22:00. Three time blocks per day: 8:00-12:00; 13:00-17:00; 18:00-22:00.
2. If electronic equipment is needed, please notify the center beforehand
3. For your safety, please do not touch the illumination or electronic equipment unless consent is given.
4. Do not use double-sided tape or clear cellotape when setting up in the venue or putting up posters. Do not use knives when cutting on the floor.
5. The center is a wooden building. Do not light fireworks or candle indoors or near the building.
6. Please keep the venues tidy. If any equipment is damaged or broken, appropriate compensation shall be made.
